Any open positions at ESH will always be posted on this page. However, you are welcome to submit a resume at any time. We may not always be able to get back to you. However, we will keep all resumes on file for six months after which time you can feel free to submit again, if you wish.
For instructor positions, please note that the majority of our hiring is done in May and June. In order to teach at ESH you are required to have the following, at minimum:
- University Degree (any field, but preference is given to any field involving greater use of communication skills).
- Teaching Certificate (TESL, CELTA, TESOL) from an accredited program comprised of at least 100 hours of class time and 25 hours of practicum.
- Experience: At least one year, in a multicultural environment, is preferred.
- A teaching personality - ability to bond and interact dynamically with students from a variety of cultures.
- Strong knwoledge of Grammar.
- Culturally aware and curious.
