First Day at ESH

The schedule on the first day for students is:

• 9:00 am to 9:10 am:
  • coffee/tea and pastry - our treat
• 9:10 to 9:30
  • Oral test - one on one with an instructor
• 9:30 to 11:00
• Computerized Placement Test
  • 3 tests on grammar, language functions and listening. Depending on score you will proceed to next test.
• 11:00 to 11:15
  Break and pictures taken for student ID
• 11:15
  • Start Classes - Oral Communication
• 1:30 to 2:00
  • Lunch break
• 2:00 up to 5:00
  • Orientation session - explanations regarding classes, services, life in Toronto, activities and more.
  • Tour the ESH Neighbourhood with visits to the post office, library and subway station with valuable informtion to make your stay in Toronto enjoyable.
    
• Students must report to the office on Tuesday morning for class/level and textbook assignment.
